BrewBuilt® Electric Brewing Kettle

Overview: The BrewBuilt Electric Brewing Kettle is engineered for optimal brewing efficiency and ease of use, featuring an offset welded tri-clamp ferrule that accommodates the SlingBlade electric heating element. This element is designed specifically for BrewBuilt kettles, conforming perfectly to the curvature of the kettle wall and providing the precise power needed for different volume sizes.

SlingBlade Heating Elements:

• Design: The SlingBlade's unique crescent-shaped design promotes a rolling boil and even heat distribution by positioning the heating power on one side of the kettle. This design allows the other side to remain clear for immersion chillers or other accessories.
• Efficiency: Engineered to create a natural turbulence in the kettle, the SlingBlade's placement enhances heat distribution without obstructing the flow of wort during whirlpool stages.
• Installation and Maintenance: Easy installation and removal for cleaning, compatible with any kettle with a 1.5" tri-clamp ferrule.
• Specifications: Made from stainless steel with a proprietary coating, UL Certified components, requires a 240 Volt connection with an L6-30 plug. Depending on the kettle size, a 20 Amp breaker is needed for 10 & 15-gallon models, a 30 Amp breaker for 20 & 30-gallon models, and 50-gallon models require two heating elements and two 30 Amp circuits.

• Compatibility: Induction burner compatible.
• Durability: 1.0mm (10 & 15 gal) or 1.2mm (20, 30 & 50 gal) thick side walls resist denting.
• Efficiency: A 1.2:1 height to diameter ratio provides an optimal evaporation rate during boiling.
• Accessibility: Internally etched volume markers from top to bottom for easy filling.
• Innovative Lid Design: Industry-first notched lid with a silicone plug accommodates an immersion chiller or sparge arm.

Additional Features:

• The kettle does not include a power cord; users will need to provide their own extension cord or opt for the watertight On/Off power switch offered for added convenience.
• The unique handle placement at the front and back (rather than the sides) saves space in a horizontal brewing setup and ensures safety and ease of handling.
