Installation is a breeze:

Fully adjustable, Benchy Sparkling features an integrated digital temperature controller, allowing you to set temperatures from 0.5-10°C (33-50°F) and adjust carbonation levels from 0.5 to over 5 volumes for extra bubbly water.
Cooling performance is impressive, capable of chilling about 5 to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour (based on ambient water and air temperature of 68°F). To increase capacity, pre-chill the water supply with a holding tank in the fridge or a DraftMaster Chiller, potentially doubling the output of Benchy Sparkling. Caution: Avoid setting the reservoir temperature below 2°C (35°F) to prevent water freezing inside the carbonation keg.
