Serving with Nitrogen
For optimal performance, Nitrogen cylinders can be filled with pure nitrogen or "Beer Gas". Pure nitrogen is recommended for cold brew coffee to preserve its smooth texture by avoiding carbonation effects. Stouts benefit from a mix of Nitrogen and CO2, providing the classic cascading bubbles and creamy mouthfeel akin to Guinness.
