Material and Technology:
All contact with the dispensed beverage is through 100% stainless steel, preventing any taste contamination. Brass cold blocks are in contact with the copper glycol lines to prevent foaming during the initial pour. This setup includes a triple-layer moisture barrier and thermal insulation to maintain optimum cooling throughout the system.
